Hi there, Martha Lucia here! Today I want to share a Clean and Simple Friendship Card. I love this style of card but always wanted to add a special detail to make it unique. Well, on today’s card, that special detail is created with the 3D Foam Circles White Mix.
Clean and Simple Friendship Card Base
When I created Clean and Simple (CAS) cards, I prefer to use white cardstock. This Friendship card is no exception. I started making the card base and stamped the sentiment in the center. Then, I die-cut a card panel a little small than the base. Additionally, I die-cut a circle on the center of this panel as the window and to showcase the sentiment. I placed it over the stamped card base with 3D Foam Squares White Mix.
Embellishing the Card
To add more interest to the card, I added some 3D Foam Circles around to the window. My original idea was to foil them with our Metallic Transfer Foils but changed my mind.
I elected to use the Wear Your Adhesive on the Outside technique. It is so fun to do and easy! I decided to cover the foam circles with two different colors of fine glitter.
Creating the embellishments of this Clear and Simple Friendship Card, the process was simple. Just peel off the top liner from one of the 3D Foam Circles and then cover them with the glitter. Softly brush the excess glitter and voila, the embellishment is ready.
