Spring Card with Paper Scraps

Hi there,

it’s Stephanie here today with a easy Card for Spring with a paper flower you can create with small leftovers from scrapbook paper.

Stephanie_springcard_1It goes really quick and clean and you need not much supplies.

Stephanie_springcard_2Take some leftovers from scrapbook paper, a scissors and cardstock.

Stephanie_springcard_3Cut out small pieces of paper for the petals.

Stephanie_springcard_4Crumple them in your hand.

Stephanie_springcard_5Distress the edges of the petals with Distress Ink.

Stephanie_springcard_6Use the E-Z Permanent Dots Refillable to adhere the petals. Adhere only the ends of the petals. The petals should be possible to separate itself to some.

Stephanie_springcard_7Put some twine between them, which creates a lovely movement.

Stephanie_springcard_11Use a half-pearl for the center of the bloom.

Stephanie_springcard_8Now have some fun with watercolor. Paint the stem of the flower and sprinkle a little bit.

Stephanie_springcard_9Finish the flower with a black and white pen to emphasize the edges and the petals. Add your sentiment. I used Rub-ons and put it on the leaf.
