Hi there! It’s Lisa back on the blog and I have a super sweet little Valentine’s Day card to share with you today.
I really wanted to use some non-traditional type colors for my card (since that’s how I roll) so I went with black, grey, white and just a pop of wine…because y’know…who doesn’t like wine? 😉
This was a VERY easy card to create. (I love when that happens, don’t you?) The die cut hearts were colored with wine colored Pigment Powder.
The rose die cut was adhered using the Art Medium. This is wonderful for die cuts, paper pieces, and small do-dads (such as the hearts). It gives a strong bond and you can brush it on with a paintbrush, which I like.
All of my other paper pieces were adhered using the E-Z Runner® Grand Permanent Strips and my interior vellum piece was adhered using the E-Z Dots® Permanent Refillable Dispenser. The bow, as usual, is adhered in place with a Adhesive Dots Small.
I hope you liked the card today!! The pigment powders are so beautiful I love to find new ways to use them.
